My return has been rejected, what happens next?

If you have received an email to advise that your return has been rejected, please dispose of your items safely. 

We will action what you have requested without you sending the items back, I have listed below how long it will take for our administration team to action your request:

  • Replacement - These should be with you within 48 hours
  • Refund - This will appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days, if you paid via PayPal refunds should appear instantly but can take up to 48 hours.
  • Credit - This will appear on your Led Hut account within 24 hours.
