If you have received an email to advise that your return has been accepted, we will require the items back before we can action your request.
We will include all the details you need to return your items back to us, along with a barcode which you will need to print off and include inside the parcel.
If you do not receive a second email requesting collection details, you will need to send this back via Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery.
Once the items have been received in our Warehouse we will then action your request, I have listed below how long it will take for the administration team to process your request:
- Replacement - These should be with you within 48 hours
- Refund - This will appear in your bank account in 3-5 working days. If you paid via Paypal this should appear instantly but can take up to 48 hours.
- Credit - This will appear on your Led Hut account within 24 hours.
