If you have returned an item which is faulty or that we have sent to you in error,
As long as you have sent this back via Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery, we will reimburse your postage to the original payment method used to place the order.
We would advise that you keep hold of your receipt as it will have a tracking number, and we may need this if the cost is not recorded on the parcel.
If you return your order within the first 14 days of purchase for a refund, we will reimburse the postage you paid when placing the order.
Please be aware that if your items are not faulty or have not been sent to you in error, you will be liable for the cost of postage to send the items back to us.
