Does my delivery need to be signed for?

All of our couriers will require a signature for your delivery, as we require proof of delivery.

If you are not available, Yodel will reattempt delivery a further two times before the delivery is sent back to our Warehouse.

With DPD you can track your parcel and arrange another date for delivery if you are not going to be available.
