I haven’t received my order number, has my order gone through?

If you haven’t received an email to confirm your order, this could be down to the email address we have on your account.

You can contact us either via email at customerservices@ledhut.co.uk or by calling us on 0333 77 22 111.

One of dedicated Customer Service agents will be able to locate your account and provide you with an order number.

If the order has not gone through, you will be able to place a new order with one of our dedicated customer service agents, once the order has been placed they can provide you with your order number.
